How We Deliver
Once your order is placed the process begins in dispatching your rug to you. If it is a business day our team will be on deck and on the move with your order right away. If it’s a weekend or public holiday there will be a slightly longer wait, but first thing the next business day the wheels will be in motion!
First, your rug is obtained from our storage centre and given a final quality check to ensure the rug we dispatch to you is in a beautiful and pristine condition (they always are, but we’re happy to do a quality check just the same!).
Then we arrange for collection by selected couriers who we have partnered with, with all delivery times quoted by our courier forwarded on to you so you know when to expect your rug.
While delivery times vary depending on your location, we find delivery to major metropolitan areas usually occurs within 2-3 business days after purchase. Rural areas can take longer depending on where you live but do usually arrive within 5-7 business days. It’s also important to keep in mind some couriers have postcode exclusions. If you find this is the case please contact us and we can look to arrange another method for delivery to you.
Once your rug is dispatched you should receive notification it is now with the courier, and a tracking number to follow its progress as it makes its way to you. And that’s that!

Where We Deliver
We offer free delivery to all major metropolitan areas across Australia, including all state and territory capitals. Simple as that.
If you live in a rural area, we advise you to consult the checkout page when placing your order for a calculation of what delivery fees may be applied.
In certain circumstances given the rapid rate of growth many Australian cities have been seeing, areas that were once classified as rural may now actually be deemed in the metropolitan area of a nearby city - and that may actually mean free shipping for you!
