Yes, we offer free returns for up to 21 days after date of purchase. Please refer to our exchange & returns policy for further details.

Where are your rugs made?
Majority of our rugs are made in Turkey, some in Iran, Egypt and Belgium.

Where are you located?
We are currently based in Shop 21E, 1345 The Horsley Drive, Wetherill Park, 2164, Sydney.

What types of payments do you accept?

How long does delivery take?
Usually metro areas take 2-7 business days and rural areas could take longer depending on location.

How will I know the date & time of my delivery?
When we dispatch the order, a delivery tracking number is e-mailed to you. This will help you track down the progress of your rug delivery and see which day your order is going to arrive.

Can my rug(s) be left in my porch or garage etc.?
Yes it can but you will need to choose the "authority to leave" option on the shipment/checkout page. If you are not going to be in to receive a delivery, the courier would call on your number and ask your permission to do so. In that case you are required to confirm online that you have received your order, and the delivery team is no more responsible for the condition of the rug. Moreover, it should also be noted that courier won’t be responsible if the order is not present upon your arrival. We usually recommend self checking and receiving, which ensures peace of mind to both company and the customer.

What if I miss the delivery?
If you do miss the first delivery attempt our couriers will call you and arrange a delivery in coming days. They may charge some money for compensation.

Is there anywhere you can’t deliver to?

We offer free delivery to all major metropolitan areas across Australia, including all state and territory capitals. Simple as that.

If you live in a rural area or outside our delivery zone, we advise you to consult the checkout page when placing your order for a calculation of what delivery fees may be applied

How long does delivery take?
While delivery times vary depending on your location, we find delivery to major metropolitan areas usually occur within 2-3 business days once the payment has been processed. Rural areas can take longer depending on where you live but do usually arrive within 5-7 business days.

It’s also important to keep in mind some couriers have postcode exclusions. If you find this is the case please contact us and we can look to arrange another method for delivery to you.

All items will be delivered during business hours. Usually, we request the courier to call prior delivery, but we can't guarantee on behalf of courier.

We’re happy to provide an exchange or issue a refund on any rug you’ve purchased from our online store within 21 days of its arrival at your address.

In order to provide an exchange or issue a refund we require the following:

1. A record of purchase.

2. That the item is returned in a saleable condition and in its original packaging (damage such as tears, stains, or other imperfections may render us unable to provide an exchange or refund).

3. That the buyer agrees to pay the return shipping and handling costs incurred to return the rug.

How to Obtain an Exchange or Refund

For exchange: Once a rug is received by us and confirmed to be in a saleable condition, we shall credit the buyer’s account with the cost of the rug which the buyer can use towards payment of another rug in exchange of the same value.

A rug that costs more than the rug returned for exchange will require the buyer to pay the remaining amount that makes up the difference in price between the returned rug and the rug newly purchased of higher value.

For refund: Once a rug is received by us and confirmed to be in a saleable condition, we will immediately process your refund via the payment method used to originally purchase the rug.

Because of the different practices of banks and merchants we're unable to provide an exact timeframe for when a refund will arrive in your account, but it's usually between 3-5 business days in Australia.

Our company takes full responsibility of all our items. In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact customerservice@laleerugs.com.au to assist with organising your exchange or refund. You may be required to send us images of the damage for further assessment.
